Our Center has distinguished itself in the digitalization of its services and in the incorporation of technology to expand access to justice and appropriate conflict resolution mechanisms. It now offers the community new online dispute resolution or “ODR” services.
The concept of ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) refers to systems that allow all types of conflicts to be adequately resolved in digital environments. CPJ96 manages appropriate online conflict resolution mechanisms, generating fully valid agreements in accordance with a legal framework, between companies (B2B) and between companies and consumers or users (B2C).
